1.  Print and fill out form completely (see "click here" at bottom of this page for form)

2.  Wrap your items for sharpening or repair in newsprint or bubble wrap, place them in a box or padded mailer (shouldn't rattle).

3. Enclose check or card information in the box or mailer, seal it, mail it US Postal Service FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL  with delivery confirmation.

WA Residents please include 8.2% tax on parts or repairs.  No tax on sharpening.  Please include your credit card information, including name, number, expiration date and three digit code on back of card  OR enclose your check. We can call you for your credit card information if you prefer.
